Why these years? The first Mental Detox Bootcamp took place 2021. Not sure about you, but I have changed, my mindset has changed, and my energy definitely changed.
As a community, we will recognize how we evolved during this time. Analyze life lessons and learn fresh perspectives to learn and accept change. We will also detox from unhealthy mental weight!
Basic yoga principles, life, limbs, and chakras are tolls that we will use. The best tool is our group conversations.
