Pump N Go is a blazing individual program that I decided to convert to a boot camp! The program is broken up into 2 phases along with fun pop up quick workouts that will challenge your upper body strength!
We will also include our fun daily step challenge for additional fun and motivation!
Obviously, your diet is important in ANY health, wellness, and fitness goal. You can’t pump n go your upper body and eat sloppy.
This bootcamp is centered on nutrition coaching, specific exercises and workouts that must be completed as instructed.
