Cancellations, Policies, Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

  • Respect & Conduct: Respect instructors and fellow students at all times. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Timeliness: Please arrive on time for class. Doors may be locked once class begins, and late arrivals may not be admitted.

  • Preregistration: All classes require preregistration through the mobile app. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.

  • Waiver Requirement: A signed waiver is required before participating in any class, program, or event.

  • Medical Clearance: Consult your physician before engaging in any fitness, dance, yoga, pole, or aerial program.

  • Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Children are not permitted on the premises while classes are in session.

  • Right to Refuse Service: 2D Fit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior is unsafe, harmful, or disrespectful.


Cancellation / Late Charge Policy

  • Early Cancellation: Cancel at least 12 hours before the class or appointment to keep your credit.

  • Late Cancellation: A $5 late cancel fee will automatically be charged, and the class credit will be forfeited.

  • No Show: A $10 no show fee will automatically be charged, and the class credit will be forfeited.

  • Appointments: Missed or late-cancelled individual appointments will be charged the full cost of the appointment, and a new registration/payment will be required to rebook.

  • How to Cancel: Do not cancel via text, email, or social media. Use the mobile app to manage your bookings.

  • Instructor/Weather Cancellations: If 2D Fit cancels a class due to weather or instructor emergency, you will be notified by phone/email and credited.


Return / Refund Policy

  • All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or adjustments will be given.

  • Class Credits: Cancel at least 12 hours before class to have the credit returned to your account.

  • Late Cancels & No Shows: Credits will be forfeited.


Purchase Policy

  • Accepted Payments: Cash, gift cards, and credit cards. Checks are not accepted.

  • Declined Cards: If your card on file declines, you have 5 days (weekends included) to update payment.

  • Late Fees: A $35 late fee will be applied every 5 days until the balance is paid.

  • Suspended Access: Accounts with unpaid balances will be suspended until paid in full.

  • Collections: Unpaid accounts may be referred to a collection agency.

  • All Sales Final: No refunds, transfers, or adjustments.


Membership Terms

  • Auto-Renewal: Memberships automatically renew each month.

  • Cancellation: A 30-day written email notice (no texts, no social media messages) is required to cancel before your next billing date.

  • Billing Cycle: If notice is given with less than 30 days before the next billing, one final payment will process before membership terminates.

  • Credit Card on File: A valid credit card is required for all memberships and automatic payments.

  • Nonpayment: Invalid or declined cards must be updated within 5 days. After 5 days, a $35 late fee is charged and continues every 5 days until the balance is resolved.


Privacy, Intellectual Property & Media Use

  • Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties. It is used exclusively by 2D Fit for account management and communication.

  • All program materials, workouts, guides, and videos are the intellectual property of 2D Fit and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without consent.

  • Recording or photography during class is not permitted unless approved by the instructor, to protect privacy and the class experience.

  • Unauthorized use or distribution of 2D Fit content may result in removal from programs and/or legal action.
