Congratulations Zen Goddess! This is an exciting moment, and I am happy that you are interested in prenatal yoga. Prenatal Yoga is a meaningful way to connect with your baby. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing before… it does not matter! Prenatal Yoga offers many physical and mental benefits that supports a healthy pregnancy. The private sessions are tailored to your pregnancy, trimester, and conditions. Breath work, Meditation and Poses, that will strengthen your body for birth, are just a few features that you will experience!
After birth, let’s practice self-care, self-love and nurture your postnatal body. You might feel like you can take on the world right now, but your body still must heal. All new moms should approach their “come back fitness” with care. It is also important for you as new mom to maintain a balance so that you will not feel overwhelmed from new mommy duties. Breath work, Meditation and Poses that will strengthen your core and rehabilitate diastasis recti plus pelvic floor muscles are just a few features that you will experience. Postpartum yoga supports feeling better, regaining strength and finding bliss in the reviving stages.
